Onboarding New Employees

Let’s look at the hiring process, from start to finish, as if we were building a house. First thing is scouting for the right candidate (location you want to build your house). Next, is the interviewing process (testing the ground to make sure it’s solid). After that, it’s calling the candidate of choice to offer them the position (breaking ground to begin building). This comparison goes on and on, all the way through completion of the training process (the house is completed and is move in ready)!

Pour a strong foundation.

So you hired someone, woo hoo!! Time to start the onboarding process. This typically includes filling out state and federal tax paperwork, employee data sheets, providing clock-in information, and much more.
