When I am upset, moody, or just in a mood for too long and I can’t pinpoint why – I’ll just accept the feelings. After a while, I’ll talk about it with Isaac and more often than not, the reason for it will show up.
It’s hard to think straight when emotions are high. Irrationality drowns out rational thinking, which is why I can’t figure out the answers right away. Sometimes I don’t even realize I’m in a mood until Isaac points it out. Then, I think about it and try to figure out why I’m acting that way.
